Deliveries will be made between 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Deliveries are ONLY made to mainland UK addresses.
We will contact you by phone or email to confirm a delivery date when we receive your order, normal delivery is within 5/7 working days.
If circumstances outside of our control effect the delivery date, we will endeavour to contact you immediately.
Please advise us if there are any access issues/requirements at the delivery address.
Should we be unable to gain access to the agreed delivery address, or if there is no one present to sign for the delivery, we will return the goods to our warehouse. In these circumstances a repeat delivery fee is payable.
We carry the risk of loss or damage to the products until you sign for them on receipt, and recommend that you inspect the delivery to ensure all items are present and in good condition.
Any subsequent problems that are not immediately identifiable must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for damaged items will not be considered after this time.
All delivery costs will vary greatly depending on size/weight/location, so please contact us for details/prices. If customers require delivery we will quote accordingly at time of order placement.
